1. About This Service

MyDutchVisa.com ("we", "us") offers a digital Dutch language course designed to help Thai speakers prepare for the Dutch A1 Inburgering exam, delivered as a browser-based web application.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms. They are governed by Thai consumer protection law (Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522) with full respect for mandatory EU consumer rights (EU Directive 2011/83/EU) where applicable.

3. License & Access

Upon payment you receive a personal, non-transferable license key. You may not share, resell, or transfer your key. You may not copy, redistribute, or use course content for commercial purposes.

4. Digital Content & Delivery

Course content is delivered instantly as digital content. Your license key is sent to the email provided at checkout. If not received within 24 hours, contact support@mydutchvisa.com.

5. Course Content

We may update or improve content at any time. Purchased access includes all future updates to your tier at no extra cost. We do not guarantee specific exam results, as outcomes vary per individual.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is the exclusive property of MyDutchVisa.com, protected under EU Copyright Directive 2019/790/EU and Thai Copyright Act B.E. 2537. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect your email (for license delivery) and anonymous usage data. We do not sell personal data. EU users' GDPR rights and Thai users' PDPA (B.E. 2562) rights apply. Contact us to exercise your rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Course.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Thai law. EU-resident customers retain all statutory rights granted by EU consumer law regardless of this clause.

Refund Policy

No Refunds on Digital Content

All purchases are for digital content made available immediately upon payment. Once your license key has been issued and course content accessed, no refunds will be provided.

This is in accordance with:

• EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m) — the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
• Thai Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 — which permits exclusion of refunds for digital goods where full disclosure is made prior to purchase.

What You Are Purchasing

A personal, non-transferable digital license to access course content via the MyDutchVisa.com web application. Content is immediately accessible upon receipt of your license key.

Acknowledgement at Purchase

By completing your purchase you confirm that you understand the purchase is for digital content, consent to immediate delivery, and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery.

Exceptions — When We Will Help

• Key not received: Not received within 24 hours? Contact us and we resend immediately.
• Technical fault on our side: If a documented error prevents access, we resolve it or issue a replacement key.
• Accidental duplicate purchase: Same product bought twice within 24 hours — contact us and we will review.

Try Before You Buy

The free trial includes the Pronunciation module, Module 1 (Greetings), Module 2 (Numbers), and Module 4 (House & Living) — enough to evaluate quality and teaching style before committing.
